We seek a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help fuel our growth in Asia. This hybrid role combines outbound prospecting of new accounts with structured re-engagement of dormant and churned opportunities. You will be responsible for creating and qualifying new business opportunities across Australia, ASEAN countries, and India, as well as ensuring our account executives have a strong pipeline from which to work.

What You Will Do 

  • Identify and reach out to potential customers across target industry verticals through calls, emails and LinkedIn.

  • Re-engage dormant and churned accounts with structured outreach campaigns

  • Research companies and markets to uncover new opportunities and decision-makers

  • Qualify leads through discovery conversations and hand over meetings to Account Executives 

  • Collaborate closely with AEs to ensure smooth follow-up and maximum revenue potential

  • Maintain accurate records of all activity in the CRM system

  • Keep up to date with manufacturing industry trends and customer needs.

What We Are Looking For 

  • 1+ years of experience in sales, business development or customer-facing roles preferred (internships or entry-level considered)

  • Strong interest in sales development and learning technical solutions

  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken

  • Comfortable making outbound calls and handling objections

  • CRM experience preferred but not required

  • Proactive, resilient and motivated to exceed activity and pipeline targets

  • Able to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
