Principal Technical Program Manager

Overview

Xometry is seeking a Principal Technical Program Manager to lead strategic, cross-functional initiatives across product, engineering, and operations. In this role, you will drive the end-to-end delivery of high-impact programs, align stakeholders, and ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex cross-functional programs from ideation to delivery, coordinating with engineering, product, manufacturing, and supply chain teams.
• Define program scope, milestones, success metrics, and risk management plans.
• Drive execution against plans, resolve blockers, and communicate status to executives and stakeholders.
• Promote process improvements, best practices in program management, and scalable methodologies.
• Mentor and coach team members; influence without direct authority.
• Balance speed and quality to ensure product and program goals are met.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of technical program management, product, or engineering experience.
• BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong cross-functional leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Experience with Agile/Lean methodologies; PMP or equivalent is a plus.
• Familiarity with software and hardware product life cycles and risk management.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
