Principal Product Manager, Partner Experience – Xometry

Overview

We are seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead the Partner Experience product. You will own the strategy, roadmap, and success metrics for how partners engage with the Xometry platform—from onboarding and activation to ongoing collaboration and satisfaction. This is a high-impact role partnering across Engineering, Design, Data, Sales, and Customer Success to deliver measurable improvements in partner engagement and business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Define the partner experience product strategy and long-term roadmap aligned with company objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ship features that improve onboarding, activation, retention, and partner satisfaction.
  • Establish and track key metrics for partner health and platform adoption; run experiments to optimize outcomes.
  • Collaborate with partners to gather feedback and translate insights into clear product requirements and specs.
  • Mentor senior product managers and help uplift product practices across the organization.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B marketplaces or manufacturing/tech environments.
  • Proven track record delivering data-driven, customer-centric product decisions and strong stakeholder management.
  • Experience with API integrations, partner onboarding flows, and end-to-end product ownership.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills across distributed teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with SQL/data analysis, A/B testing, and instrumentation to measure impact.
