Xometry is a leading on-demand manufacturing marketplace that connects engineers with a global network of trusted manufacturers. This role focuses on optimizing how partners experience the Xometry platform.

Responsibilities

Define and own the product vision and roadmap for Partner Experience across Xometry’s partner ecosystem.
Partner with Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver high-impact features.
Gather partner feedback and translate it into clear product requirements and user stories.
Prioritize features to maximize partner satisfaction, activation, retention, and business value.
Analyze relevant metrics (activation, onboarding time, retention, NPS) and use data to inform decisions.
Lead discovery efforts, create PRDs, write user stories, and drive product launches.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery and adoption of partner-focused solutions.
Engage with external partners to understand needs and manage stakeholder expectations at the executive level.

Requirements

8+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or marketplace platforms.
Proven track record delivering partner- and customer-experience improvements that drive business impact.
Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
Experience with partner integrations, APIs, and cross-platform collaboration.
Ability to influence without authority and operate in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree; MBA or related advanced degree preferred.
