We are seeking a People Operations Manager to join Xometry in Bangalore, India. This hybrid role will lead the strategy and execution of people operations, HR programs, and the employee experience across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement scalable HR processes and policies
- Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations
- Manage HRIS systems, payroll, benefits, and compliance
- Partner with leadership to build a diverse and inclusive culture and drive people initiatives
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and global HR standards
Qualifications
- 5 or more years in HR or People Operations
- Strong knowledge of HRIS payroll benefits and compliance
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Experience working in a hybrid environment
