Partner Engagement Manager, Manufacturing

Xometry is seeking a Partner Engagement Manager, Manufacturing to lead strategic partnerships with manufacturing partners worldwide. In this role you will build and manage relationships with manufacturers, develop partner programs, and drive growth across the manufacturing ecosystem. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align initiatives, analyze partner performance, and shape Xometry’s manufacturing partner strategy.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with manufacturing partners to maximize value and growth.
• Design and implement partner enablement programs, onboarding, and success metrics.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Operations to align on partner initiatives.
• Track KPIs, segment partners, and report on program performance.
• Identify and pursue new manufacturing partner opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in partner management, business development, or alliance management, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze performance metrics.
• Bachelor   degree; MBA or equivalent preferred.
