Xometry is seeking a results‑oriented Manager, Human Resources Operations to lead the HR operations function in a hybrid environment based in Boston, MA. This role drives operational excellence across payroll, benefits, HRIS, data reporting, and compliance to support a fast‑growing organization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HR operations, including payroll, benefits administration, HRIS management, and HR data reporting.
• Develop and optimize HR processes and policies to ensure compliance and efficiency across the organization.
• Partner with HR Business Partners to drive talent management, workforce planning, and organizational development initiatives.
• Lead vendor relationships and program implementations related to HR services.
• Ensure data quality, privacy, and regulatory compliance across all HR operations.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the HR operations team to deliver high‑quality support to employees.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in HR operations, payroll, benefits, and HRIS management.
• Strong analytical and data‑driven mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in HR operations.

Location

Hybrid role based in Boston, MA. This position blends on‑site presence with remote work as appropriate.
