Xometry is a leading digital manufacturing marketplace that connects engineers and buyers with a network of manufacturers. We’re looking for a Human Resources leader to help us build and scale a great people experience in a hybrid work environment.

Role Overview

As the Manager, Human Resources at Xometry, you will lead and execute HR strategies that attract, develop, and retain top talent. You will partner with company leadership to drive employee engagement, policy development, compliance, and people operations in a fast-paced, hybrid setting in Boston.

Responsibilities

Oversee HR operations including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, compensation, benefits administration, and employee relations.
Develop and implement HR policies and programs to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws (with emphasis on Massachusetts).
Lead HRIS coordination, data analytics, and reporting to inform workforce planning and decision making.
Champion DEI initiatives, learning and development, and career progression programs.
Partner with managers to address employee concerns, investigations, and workplace culture improvements.
Ensure privacy and data security of HR information and alignment with company values.
Collaborate with leadership on talent strategy, succession planning, and organizational design as the company scales.

Qualifications

5+ years of HR leadership or HRBP experience in a high-growth environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong knowledge of Massachusetts employment laws and compliant HR practices.
Experience with HRIS and applicant tracking systems; data-driven with strong analytical and communication skills.
Proven ability to influence across all levels of the organization and build strong business partnerships.
