Xometry is seeking a Learning and Development Specialist, E-Learning and LMS to design, develop, and deliver scalable training programs for global teams. This contract remote role will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify training needs, build engaging learning content, and manage the LMS to track progress and outcomes.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain e-learning modules and curricula for onboarding and ongoing professional development.
Administer and optimize the LMS, including course creation, user management, reporting, and analytics.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to convert knowledge into engaging, accessible learning experiences.
Assess training needs, measure effectiveness, and iterate on programs to improve performance.
Ensure accessibility and inclusive design across all training materials.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in learning and development, instructional design, or related field.
Experience with LMS administration and e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Rise).
Strong written and verbal communication, project management, and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
