About the Role

We are seeking an Events Marketing Manager to lead planning and execution of our events program to drive demand, brand awareness, and customer engagement. You will partner with Sales, Demand Gen, Product Marketing, and Partnerships to create engaging experiences for customers and prospects. You will own end-to-end event management, budgets, vendor relationships, and post-event analysis.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and execute regional and national events (in-person and virtual) from concept to post-event analysis.
• Develop event strategies aligned with go-to-market plans and revenue goals.
• Manage budgets, contracts, vendor relationships, logistics, and on-site management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective lead capture, qualification, and follow-up.
• Measure event ROI and optimize programs based on data.

Requirements

• 3+ years in events marketing or field marketing.
• Experience with hybrid events and familiarity with event tech stacks (CRM and marketing automation tools).
• Strong project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to travel as needed and manage multiple events.
