About the role

We are seeking an Events Marketing Manager to join the marketing team in Lexington, KY. This hybrid role combines in-person and virtual event planning to drive brand awareness and pipeline. You will partner with sales, product, and partner teams to design and execute a calendar of events, trade shows, webinars, and customer appreciation activities. You will manage budgets, timelines, vendors, and internal stakeholders, measure event ROI, and continuously optimize programs.

Responsibilities

Plan and execute hybrid events (in-person and virtual) from concept to close
Collaborate with sales to generate pipeline and nurture relationships
Manage budgets, RFPs, vendor contracts, and on-site logistics
Develop pre/post event content, messaging, and collateral
Track ROI and provide reports to leadership
Coordinate with product and customer success teams
Ensure events align with brand standards

Qualifications

5+ years in marketing/events or related field
Experience planning B2B technology or manufacturing events
Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration
Excellent written and verbal communication
Proficiency with event management platforms (e.g., Cvent, Hopin)
Ability to travel as required
