Director, Product Management, Manufacturing ERP

Overview

Join Xometry as the Director, Product Management for Manufacturing ERP. You will own the product strategy and execution for our manufacturing ERP platform, lead cross-functional teams, and drive the roadmap from concept to launch. This is a remote role based in North America.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for our Manufacturing ERP offerings
\n
• Partner with engineering, design, sales, and operations to deliver scalable ERP solutions
\n
• Lead product discovery, requirements gathering, and prioritization with stakeholders
\n
• Translate market needs into clear requirements, user stories, and success metrics
\n
• Manage a team of product managers and collaborate across the organization to achieve business outcomes
\n
• Measure product performance and iterate based on data and feedback
\n
• Collaborate with customer-facing teams to understand and advocate for customer needs
\n

Requirements

\n
• Typically 10+ years of product management experience, with strong background in ERP systems for manufacturing
\n
• Experience leading product management teams and working with cross-functional partners
\n
• Strong strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills
\n
• Technical understanding of ERP technology, data models, integrations, and analytics
\n
• Bachelor's degree; MBA or related advanced degree preferred
