Overview

Xometry, the leading on-demand manufacturing marketplace, is seeking a Director of Product Management to lead the Manufacturing ERP product line. This role is remote within North America and reports to the VP of Product.

Responsibilities

Define product strategy and long-term roadmap for the Manufacturing ERP portfolio.
Lead and develop a high-performing product management team; collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data, Sales, and Customer Success.
Gather customer insights, conduct market research, and analyze competitive landscape to prioritize features and enhancements.
Translate customer needs into clear product requirements and success metrics; drive backlog prioritization and release planning.
Partner with go-to-market teams to launch features that drive adoption, revenue growth, and value realization.
Monitor product performance using metrics and data; iterate on products to improve time-to-value for customers.
Mentor and grow product managers and foster a culture of experimentation and accountability.

Qualifications

10+ years of product management or related leadership experience in software, with a track record shipping enterprise SaaS products, preferably in Manufacturing ERP or related domain.
Strong strategic thinking with ability to translate vision into executable roadmaps and requirements.
Proven leadership and cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, Design, Data, and GTM teams.
Experience with Agile methodologies and data-driven decision making; strong analytical and communication skills.
Bachelor's degree; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
