About the Role

As the Director, Creative for Thomas Marketing Services at Xometry, you will lead the creative vision and execution across campaigns, branding, and client deliverables. You will manage a diverse team of designers and content specialists, collaborate closely with product, marketing, demand generation, and sales, and ensure a cohesive, high‑impact brand experience that supports growth and revenue objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the creative strategy and brand standards across all touchpoints for Thomas Marketing Services.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high‑performing creative team; recruit as needed and allocate resources to meet deadlines.
  • Partner with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Engineering to develop compelling campaigns and product launches.
  • Develop and maintain design systems, visual guidelines, and asset libraries to ensure consistency and scalability.
  • Oversee production of marketing assets, digital experiences, websites, campaigns, and content across channels.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and relationships with external agencies and vendors.
  • Present concepts and defend creative decisions to executives and stakeholders.
  • Uphold accessibility and inclusive design principles in all work.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in creative and design roles; proven team management experience.
  • A strong portfolio of brand campaigns and integrated marketing work, preferably in B2B or tech/manufacturing sectors.
  • Expertise in branding, typography, layout, digital design, video, and motion graphics.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and related design tools.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in design, marketing, or a related field.
