About the Role

As a Credit Manager at Xometry, you will lead the credit function, assess creditworthiness of new and existing customers, establish credit terms, and monitor cash flow to optimize collections. This is a remote-friendly role based in Manila, Philippines, with a global scope.

Responsibilities

Evaluate creditworthiness of customers and determine appropriate credit limits and terms
Oversee accounts receivable, invoicing accuracy, and collections efforts
Develop, implement, and enforce credit policies and procedures
Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Finance to mitigate credit risk
Prepare regular reports on credit risk, aging, and cash flow
Lead process improvements to reduce past-due balances and bad debt
Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations and internal controls

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Strong experience in credit management, accounts receivable, and risk assessment
Proven ability to analyze financial statements and determine credit risk
Experience with ERP/CRM systems and data analytics (e.g., Excel)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional environment
