Xometry is seeking a Collections Manager (Contract, Remote). Location: Manila, Philippines (Remote).

Responsibilities

Oversee accounts receivable and collections processes
Monitor aged receivables and implement effective collection strategies
Collaborate with finance and sales teams to resolve disputes and optimize cash flow
Communicate with customers to collect payments while maintaining positive relationships
Generate regular AR reports and provide insights to leadership
Ensure compliance with company policies and keep documentation up to date

Requirements

Experience in collections/Accounts Receivable management
Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
Familiarity with ERP systems and finance processes
Ability to work remotely and manage deadlines effectively
Proactive problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
