Job Overview
Account Executive II, Inbound is a full-time, hybrid role based in Philadelphia, PA. You will be the first point of contact for inbound inquiries and responsible for qualifying leads, guiding opportunities through the sales cycle, and closing deals to contribute to revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage and qualify inbound inquiries from prospective customers and determine if Xometry’s solutions fit their needs.
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline to meet or exceed quarterly quotas.
- Collaborate with Sales Engineers and cross-functional teams to craft compelling proposals and close deals.
- Maintain accurate CRM records (e.g., Salesforce) and provide accurate forecasting.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and delivery timelines while guiding customers through the purchasing process.
- Contribute to market feedback, messaging, and product improvements based on customer insights.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in manufacturing, fabrication, or related industries; inbound sales experience is a plus.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and closing deals with high velocity inbound opportunities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales tools.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment and reside in or near Philadelphia, PA (or be willing to commute).
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
