Role Overview

Xometry is seeking an Account Executive II, Inbound to join our growing sales team in Charlotte, NC. This full-time hybrid role focuses on converting inbound inquiries into revenue, nurturing qualified leads, conducting product demos, and partnering with cross-functional teams to drive customer success.

Responsibilities

Manage and qualify inbound leads; respond quickly to inquiries
Conduct needs discovery, present tailored product demonstrations
Develop and manage a healthy sales pipeline; hit quarterly quotas
Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams
Maintain accurate activity in CRM (Salesforce)
Negotiate terms and close deals; upsell and cross-sell when appropriate
Stay current on Xometry products and competitors

Qualifications

3+ years of B2B SaaS or manufacturing marketplace sales experience
Track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work in a hybrid environment; Charlotte, NC preferred
Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
