Overview
Xometry, a leading on-demand manufacturing platform, is seeking an Account Executive I, Inbound. This full-time, remote-friendly role focuses on converting inbound inquiries into new business and helping manufacturers connect with buyers worldwide.
What you'll do
- Respond quickly and professionally to inbound inquiries from potential customers.
- Qualify opportunities, conduct discovery calls, and determine fit, timeline, and next steps.
- Manage the full sales cycle from inbound lead to close with support from Sales Engineers.
- Maintain an accurate pipeline and forecast in the CRM (e.g., Salesforce).
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to optimize inbound lead quality and messaging.
- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly quotas and contribute to overall team success.
What you bring
- 1+ year of sales experience, preferably in B2B or inbound/outbound roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build relationships remotely.
- Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and a solid understanding of sales processes.
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Remote work readiness and ability to collaborate across time zones.
