How you’ll make an impact:
As a Learning Designer, you will scope, design and create resources, assets and campaigns that drive behavioural change and enable the sales team. You’ll deliver strong and consistent thinking, strategies, plans and programs of work that drive sales capability. The outcome of your work will enable the Xero sales team to achieve performance targets and create a beautiful experience for our partners along the way.
What you'll do:
Work closely with a global sales experts, technology experts and the product specialists to scope and design fit-for-purpose learning and performance interventions
Use content authoring tools, visual design tools and the LMS to create end-to end learning experiences such as multi-touch campaigns, courses, job aids, process docs, assessments and multimedia resources
Drive continual improvement of our enablement program so that it is effective, relevant and supports long-term behavioural change for our sales team
Champion consistent and great quality learning experiences and resources What you'll bring with you:
Experience using/working with Saas sales processes
Experience in developing interactive, engaging and effective learning resources
Experience with developing both digital and face-to-face experiences and assets (online learning courses, videos, interactive PDFs, LMS pages, workshops, virtual sessions, job aids and learning campaigns)
Experience with project management and stakeholder management
The ability to scope, design, develop, implement, and evaluate learning programs to meet the needs of the sales teams
Proactive problem-solving skills; ability to exercise integrity and sound judgment in complex ambiguous situations
Process driven with ability to take ownership, plan and work autonomously
Conduct root cause analysis, training needs analysis and provide data-based analysis and reporting
Understanding of L&D trends, developments and best practices
