What you’ll be doing:

• Partnering closely with senior leaders to influence strategic hiring decisions, and ensure talent aligns with our growth ambitions.
• Acting as a trusted advisor across the business, bringing market insight, data and future-skills thinking into every conversation.
• Leading end-to-end hiring for critical, niche and executive roles, ensuring a thoughtful, high-quality experience at every touchpoint.
• Creating and evolving Ideal Candidate Profiles, translating them into personalised outreach and high-engagement sourcing campaigns.
• Using Talent insights, Greenhouse data and external market intelligence to anticipate skills gaps, identify risks and drive smarter decision-making.
• Collaborating with Casting, Client Delivery and People Operations to ensure talent flow supports client delivery, resource planning and long-term capability building.
• Coaching and supporting Talent Partners, raising the bar on sourcing capability, candidate experience and strategic partnership across the team.
