🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in payroll operations, with union Commercials payroll experience.
- 2–3 years people management in payroll operations.
- Deep knowledge of AICP/PHBP agreements and benefit funds.
- Experience overseeing Commercials union payroll processing and remittances.
- Strong understanding of production union payroll in Commercials.
- Ability to manually calculate and validate timecards without software.
