Wound, Ostomy, and Continence Nurse (WOCN)

📋 Description

• Treat patients at home, enabling comfort, independence and dignity.
• Deliver 1:1 skilled nursing, meds, wound care and comfort care.
• Conduct wound care consultations and oversight.
• Assess patients, educate families, and monitor conditions.

🎯 Requirements

• Active PA RN license.
• WOCN certification required.
• At least one year of nursing experience.
• Prior home care experience preferred.
• Ability to travel to cases.
• Compassion, strong communication and excellent assessment skills.
