Product Manager - Benefits

We are a team from UC Berkeley, Cornell, SJTU, Cambridge, NUS, with broad industry experiences from Tencent, Alibaba, Amazon, ByteDance, and more. 

• Strategic Product Development:

• Clearly articulates the value proposition of their products.

• Demonstrated expertise in identifying and validating Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs).

• Able to quantify the impact of their most successful work across key metrics such as revenue, customer acquisition, product adoption, usage, and customer satisfaction.

• Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Extensive experience working with multi-cultural teams and teams across different time zones.

• Proven ability to manage integration projects with external vendors.

• Stakeholder Engagement:

• Adept at collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Internal: Drives Go-to-Market (GTM) motions and product enablement activities to empower internal teams in marketing, sales, implementation, and support.

• External: Possesses extensive experience working closely with customers and users to understand pain points, prioritize jobs to be done, and conduct user research.

• Technical Acumen:

• Capable of interpreting technical documentation and developer sites.

• Skilled in translating API technical documentation into clear product requirements.

• SAAS experience and knowledge in Benefit space

• Experience in Health, Retirement, Insurance products

• Bonus:

• Proficiency in Chinese.
