- 1โ3 years in first/second-line IT support
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- AV support experience or willingness to become AV SME
- Google Workspace and endpoint management familiarity
- Jira/Atlassian familiarity
- Hardware provisioning, license management, and laptop setups
