- Provide hardware/software support, deployments, imaging, migrations, and upgrades.
- Perform email account maintenance and basic Active Directory tasks.
- Maintain hardware and software inventory records.
- Lead small projects with minimal guidance.
- Assist with analysis, maintenance, documentation, and testing of software/hardware.
- Advise or train customers on standard software packages.
π― Requirements
- 2-3 years PC support in medium/large corporate environment.
- Hardware/Software certifications desirable (Microsoft, Lenovo, HP, Apple).
- Excellent customer service via in-person, phone, email, or chat.
- Strong Windows/MacOS and Office installations/config.
- Solid PC hardware, installation, repair and configuration.
- Admin of user accounts; basic Active Directory.
- Microsoft Teams support (chat, video, voice).
- Unix knowledge (beginner to intermediate).
- Knowledge of JAMF Casper.
- Adobe Creative Cloud experience.
- Experience with interactive whiteboards/displays.
- Familiar with Cisco WebEx and Teams.
- Networking and AV experience a plus.
