🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years professional experience in program or project management
- 3+ years overseeing construction or interior buildouts from programming through close-out
- Strong knowledge of design/construction methods, MEP, cost estimation, and financial reconciliation
- Experience reviewing architectural/engineering docs and coordinating teams
- MS Project, Excel, Smartsheets, Procore, AutoCAD
- Architectural or Engineering degree preferred
