Workplace Risk Prevention Specialist

📋 Description

• Lead and improve Safety & Security programs across Fever’s U.S. business aligned with global standards.
• Oversee the national safety approach for BAU operations with on-ground support to major local productions.
• Conduct risk assessments, inspections, and training to foster a safety culture and wellbeing.
• Maintain documentation and records for audits and regulatory reporting.
• Provide emergency response coordination for incidents affecting Fever spaces and events.
• Deliver training and awareness, ensuring clear escalation during crises and incidents.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–6 years in health & safety, security, or crisis management across Safety and Security.
• Strong understanding of workplace safety regs, compliance, risk assessment frameworks, and crisis management.
• Ability to work independently with strong organizational skills and initiative.
• Strong cross-functional coordination across multiple stakeholders.
• Comfortable on-site during irregular hours and travel to events.
• OSHA/IOSH and/or CPP/PSP certifications are a plus.
