  • Be the face of Workplace Operations; deliver first-class service to Lyft team members in/visiting the office
  • Manage facility vendor relationships and participate in RFP/SOW with leadership
  • Primary contact for property management and landlord relations
  • Coordinate facility maintenance and small IT-related projects with stakeholders
  • Manage inventory of Workplace supplies and place orders as needed
  • Manage Zendesk workflows to field and resolve requests, upkeeping SLA

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years of customer service experience
  • 1+ years of office experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; cross-team collaboration
  • Agile and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
