📋 Description

  • Represent Lyft culture by upholding workplace policies and standards.
  • Provide customer-centric support for Workplace programs (Facilities, Amenities, Events).
  • Order and maintain inventory of office supplies.
  • Intake requests via Zendesk and uphold SLAs.
  • Liaise with on-site vendors for operations, events, and maintenance.

🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years customer service experience
  • 2+ years workplace or building management experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to build cross-department relationships and resolve conflicts
  • Creative problem solving to wow customers
