Workplace Manager - EMEA/APAC

📋 Description

• Lead employee services in EMEA & APAC incl. food, mail, maintenance, relocations.
• Develop relationships and promote customer service to maintain a welcoming workplace.
• Oversee EMEA & APAC real estate portfolio: space planning, occupancy, vacancy, seating.
• Manage budgets for workplace ops, including Opex and Capex.
• Negotiate terms with landlords, property management, service providers, and contractors.
• Use data analytics and metrics to guide daily operations and expansion.
• Establish standardized processes, policies, and procedures for facility operations and maintenance.
• Drive automation and adoption of innovative workplace solutions.
• Translate strategic plans into actionable operational actions for Workplace team and external partners.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team supporting organizational functions, events, and meetings in partnership with Americas manager.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in facilities management and real estate operations in tech.
• Experience forecasting expenses, budgeting, and multi-location projects.
• Proven ability to hire, motivate, and develop high-caliber teams.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with stakeholders.
• Strong critical thinking and proactive problem solving.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• Strong project management skills are crucial for success.
