  • Strong cross-functional leadership and ability to drive outcomes.
  • Experience identifying and leading outsourced providers.
  • Ability to improve processes, including new and iterative ones.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication across diverse audiences.
  • Bachelor's degree in business/architecture/real estate; relocate to Detroit; in-office five days/week; travel up to 5%.
