  • Coordinate visitor, customer, and employee experiences across multiple systems.
  • Answer calls, transfer to departments; greet visitors and vendors; manage appointments.
  • Sign in/out, badge control for visitors, vendors, and temporary staff.
  • Organize onsite event guest registrations and office bookings.
  • Oversee mailroom deliveries, package receiving, and stock.
  • Train reception relief staff and assist other departments with admin tasks.

  • Diploma or equivalent education and experience preferred
  • Extensive client/customer experience; strong problem solving
  • Ability to assist employees, clients, visitors with outside-the-box thinking
  • Self-motivated with strong multitasking and organization
  • Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft 365 products
