  • Own daily London office ops: safe, clean, organized, and functional.
  • Liaise with building management for facilities, maintenance, and escalations.
  • Maintain office docs, SOPs, and playbooks aligned with global standards.
  • Triage and resolve workplace requests via Jira, Slack, and email.
  • Manage London vendors and budget; track actuals, POs, and spend.
  • Provide EA support to the Regional GM for EMEA: calendar, travel, and priorities.

  • 5+ years in Workplace, Facilities, Office Ops, or Hospitality.
  • Vendor management with budget accountability.
  • Prior EA/Chiefs of Staff-adjacent experience with discretion.
  • Strong project mgmt and end-to-end event execution.
  • Experience managing on-site staff or contractors.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented; works independently; clear communicator.
