  • Build, own, and run workplace operations from scratch.
  • Design systems, document standards, and ensure predictable operations.
  • Ensure basic workplace needs are met; proactive issue handling.
  • Own end-to-end facilities: internet, power backup, HVAC, access, CCTV, lighting.
  • Manage meeting rooms, pantry, restrooms, and common areas.
  • Design SOPs, checklists, and audit routines for daily hygiene.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5 days/week on-site at Almabase Bangalore office.
  • Flexible 9-hour shift between 10:00 AM and 9:00 PM.
  • 1 year of facilities, admin, workplace ops, or hospitality experience.
  • Good English and Kannada; basic Hindi.
  • Strong hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
  • Ability to coordinate with vendors and remote teams.
