Workplace Experience Manager

📋 Description

• Lead APAC Workplace Experience team across Gurgaon and Pune.
• Manage facilities, events, food program, and daily operations at Gurgaon.
• Coordinate multi-site workplace operations with global standards and audits.
• Track OpEx and CapEx budgets; manage regional vendor contracts.
• Partner with IT, HR, Legal, Finance, Safety & Security for service delivery.
• Travel between regional sites as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in workplace operations or facilities management.
• 2+ years leading direct reports.
• Experience managing multi-site ops in India or APAC.
• Strong partner and vendor management skills.
• Operational excellence and use of workplace tools.
• Knowledge of local laws and cultural nuances.
