🎯 Requirements

  • 7+ years leading global workplace experience in a high-growth tech environment.
  • Bay Area-based; onsite 3 days/week across SF and Sunnyvale.
  • Workplace safety, accommodations, accessibility, and compliance.
  • Global mindset: experience supporting multiple offices and regions.
  • Professionalism, discretion, empathy in sensitive workplace situations.
  • Executive partnership: communication with executives, managers, staff, and vendors.
