- Experience planning and executing in-office events
- Proficiency in Google Workspace; familiarity with ServiceNow, Slack, Canva, Notion, Workday
- Strong communication, organization, collaboration, attention to detail
- Experience managing vendors, contracts, budgets
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
