📋 Description

  • Own end-to-end execution of customer events (dinners, roundtables, workshops).
  • Bring Plain’s brand to life in the physical world (office feel, event details).
  • Partner with the GTM team to plan and run community-facing events in SF.
  • Be the connective tissue of SF and London offices—supplies, vendors, visitor experience.
  • Own logistics for company offsites and monthly team moments.
  • Support larger events and conferences (swag, shipping, on-the-ground coordination).

🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years in office management, event coordination, or executive support.
  • Detail-oriented; you notice and fix small things that elevate an experience.
  • Bring strong host energy and care about how people feel in a space.
  • Operate autonomously with good judgment and strong EQ.
  • Able to juggle multiple priorities and shift between them.
  • Want to be part of a small team where your work is visible and impactful.
