📋 Description

  • Support planning and execution of internal events and customer engagements.

  • Provide warm onsite hosting and troubleshoot issues in real time.
  • Support teammates during large-scale events with collaboration.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in events, hospitality, or workplace operations.
  • Warm, polished, and comfortable with guests and employees at all levels.
  • Exceptionally organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable managing multiple programs and tracking details across planning stages.
  • Proactive problem-solver who stays calm under pressure.
  • Experience with tools like Google Workspace, Jira, Prismm, or Swoogo is a plus.
