- Serve as on-site lead for the SF hub, owning day-to-day ops and budget.
- Design and run employee engagement programs (offsites, travel, onboarding, rituals).
- Own travel program end-to-end: vendor selection, rollout, docs, improvement.
- Lead initiatives from concept to execution, bringing structure to ambiguity.
- Manage vendors and budgets with service quality and financial discipline.

π― Requirements
- 6+ years in workplace ops/people ops in a fast-paced env with end-to-end programs
- Strong operational instincts: responsive, organized, and system-minded
- Strong experience instincts: notice issues, understand why they matter, adjust quickly
- Ability to design backward from outcomes and articulate purpose
- Comfort with cross-functional stakeholders, including EPD teams and senior leaders
- Experience managing travel programs, offsites, and vendor relationships with budgets
- Bonus: Familiarity with CultureAmp, Notion, Ramp, TravelPerk, Slack, Google Workspace
