Workplace Design Manager

📋 Description

• Develop and evolve Ripple’s global interior design standards across locations.
• Create and maintain design docs—finishes, palettes, FF&E, and brand guidelines.
• Establish and enforce design governance gates across project lifecycles.
• Develop and review space plans for new locations and MAC across portfolio.
• Translate programming requirements and headcount into spatial solutions.
• Partner with PM and facilities teams to preserve design intent.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in commercial interior design; senior/lead or in-house workplace experience preferred.
• Accredited degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
• Deep expertise in space planning, FF&E, and design documentation.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit; strong visuals for internal presentations.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with PMs, facilities, vendors, and executives.
• Portfolio showing a strong, consistent point of view across varied projects.
