📋 Description

  • Be the Tokyo HQ face; ensure office runs smoothly during business hours
  • Manage vendor relationships, supplies, equipment, and office upkeep
  • Oversee onboarding/offboarding to grant access to tools
  • Handle mail, shipping, and HQ mail processing
  • Support onsite events, setup/teardown, vendor coordination
  • Coordinate badge access with Security and building management

🎯 Requirements

  • BA/BS or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years in office management or administrative role
  • Autonomous, able to manage multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and customer service
  • Vendor management and local office regulations experience
  • Proficiency with Office 365
