📋 Description

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of office construction projects.
  • Develop and manage project budgets and schedules.
  • Coordinate internal and external partners to milestones.
  • Prepare SOWs, draft bids, manage POs and changes.
  • Lead RFP process for construction services.
  • Ensure timely, transparent project communication.

🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years of construction PM experience delivering complex workplace projects.
  • Builder mindset—proactive, adaptable, resourceful.
  • Knowledge of architecture, MEP, building codes, AV/IT, networking, security.
  • Proficient with Procore, Google Workspace, Smartsheet.
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
