- Be the first point of contact at our front desk with a high-touch, people-first experience.
- Partner with the GM/Branch Manager to align Workplace operations with business goals and employee experience priorities.
- Drive logistics and experience coordination for in-office events (happy hours, office visits, special programming, etc.).
- Own the local Jira ticketing queue, promptly responding to and escalating workplace requests.
- Act as a liaison with building management to manage access, vendor registration, and maintenance requests.
- Champion the look and feel of our space, keeping it tidy, stocked, and aligned with culture.
🎯 Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years in office coordination, workplace operations, or admin support
- You love people; emotionally intelligent and motivated by helping others feel supported
- Clear, confident communication skills (written, verbal)
- You know how to work across teams and partner with leaders to get things done
- Super organized and detail-obsessed; able to bring order to moving parts
