📋 Description

  • Technical proficiency with ATS such as Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, or Teamtailor.
  • Strong analytical skills to translate recruitment data into actionable reports.
  • Excellent English communication to engage candidates and leadership.
  • Self-starter with ownership and a passion for people operations.
