🎯 Requirements

Currently enrolled in a university program in HR, psychology, or related field.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-growth environment with detail.
Technical proficiency with ATS such as Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, or Teamtailor.
Strong analytical skills to translate recruitment data into actionable reports.
Excellent English communication to engage candidates and leadership.
Self-starter with ownership and a passion for people operations.
