Maintain HubSpot CRM data hygiene, updates, and accuracy.
Support GTM processes: daily sales ops, lead routing, playbooks docs.
Assist with Reporting: update dashboards and KPIs for reviews.
Data Enrichment & Research: research accounts, update contacts with AI/data tools.
Tech Stack Support: manage GTM tools, user accounts, troubleshoot issues.
Team Enablement: onboard new members with materials and ad-hoc projects.

🎯 Requirements

Currently enrolled in a German university, bachelor’s or master’s.
Available for 15–20 hours per week.
Detail-oriented: care about data accuracy and spot errors.
Tech-savvy; studying Business, Economics, Data Science, or related field.
Organizational skills; manage time and repetitive tasks with precision.
Communication: Fluent English; remote collaboration.
