📋 Description

• Create and build interactive courses using native authoring tools and LMS.
• Multimedia production: Script and produce how-to demos and videos.
• Continuous improvement: Analyze learner feedback and update content.
• Credentialing: Manage our digital badge ecosystem, ensuring credentials remain accurate.
• Innovation projects: Contribute to AI applications in learning, SEO optimization, and analytics.

🎯 Requirements

• Student status: Enrolled in Bachelor's or Master's in Learning Psychology, HCI, UX, or Content Marketing.
• Pedagogical foundation: Adult learning principles for digital environments.
• Technical curiosity: HTML basics; experience with Articulate Rise/Storyline or Camtasia/Premiere a plus.
• Data-informed: Enjoy learner feedback and metrics to improve content.
• Communication: Fluent in English (C1+) and able to simplify complex concepts.
• Availability: 16–20 hours/week for 1+ year; based in/around Munich, on-site.
