📋 Description

• Set up AI-based workflows to manage Higher Education accounts and streamline content.
• Design and deliver AI Process Engineer workshops to certify users.
• Create Tulip University courses: scripts, demos, and step-by-step guides.
• Update courses using AI workflows and assist LMS migration.
• Support Higher Education partners with platform Q&A, Salesforce records, and curriculum.

🎯 Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Master’s program in engineering, education, business administration, business informatics, or related field.
• Self-starter with a hands-on mentality and can drive ideas to completion.
• Genuine interest in how people learn tech; design content with learners' perspective.
• Strong written and spoken German and English.
• Comfortable using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) for work.
• Nice to have: exposure to manufacturing or life sciences.
