  • Support incoming tickets and update Help Center content.
  • Assist with forms, data imports and onboarding tasks.
  • Develop and maintain Amplitude dashboards for insights.
  • Prepare QBRs and other customer presentations.
  • Contribute to initiatives that drive product adoption and reduce churn.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 3rd-semester or higher BA in business/social sciences or similar.
  • Strong analytical skills, high responsibility, goal-oriented.
  • High technical affinity; Amplitude, Airtable, Intercom experience a plus.
  • Solid MS Excel skills; basic programming knowledge.
  • Fluency in German (C2) and English (C1).
